Spring is in the air.

The Annual HOA owners meeting will be Saturday June 27th, 2026, at the Dennis Port Library, 5 Hall Street, Dennis Port MA, at 10:00 a.m.

During the 2026 Dennis Fire Department inspection a recommendation was made to install Emergency Exit lighting in the basements. We have done that in 7 of the 10 buildings as of 6/16 - the remainder of the units are shipping today and will be installed ASAP. The lights in the basement are motion activated and the switches at the top of the stairs have a switch cover with a note indicating this. This will keep a continuing charge to the exit lighting units as they need a constant power source to continually charge. They seem to be working well so far. Please email [email protected] if your unit experiences any difficulty. The bulbs are “dawn to dusk” so a bulb near a light source or window will not illuminate if the light source is significant.
